This information applies to entrants in competitive events only. If you are are participating in a non competitive event or a workshop you do not need to complete these forms.
All entrants in competitive events need to complete the Adjudicator's Comment Form, one for each section entered.
Anyone providing a photocopy of music for either Adjudicator or Accompanist must fill out the APRA/AMCOS form - one form covering all sections entered.
